CIS Global has deployed the newest Roll-Forming Line Technology in our Precision Slide factory in Wuxi, China.

The roll-forming line allows for small-batches of product to be produced on a single line, increasing output flexibility. The new systems are equipped with an advanced cutting system, which provides twice the production speed, and precision cuts within ± 0.05 mm.

Additionally, the roll-forming line incorporates a sophisticated cooling system to improve product accuracy. The automated technology allows for 1 person to operate multiple machines for increased production efficiency.
