Job Responsibility:

  • Develop deep technical know-how and understanding of CIS PDU products and end user applications
  • Maintain working technical knowledge of and capability to troubleshoot and configure CIS products to communications network and interconnect to DCIM management tools
  • Provide engineering, programming and commissioning support of CIS PDU products into end user and partner proposed data center power solutions in North America
  • Understand and specify PDU products that meet user system requirements for power, monitoring and control
  •  Consult and recommend solutions for deployment and interconnectivity with existing user applications
  •  Advise end users and partners of solution enhancements to best solve application problems and pains
  • Work closely with CIS Sales Staff to provide technical training, demos, and customer surveys to guide customers/partners through the technical product selection and customer validation process
  • Provide close support to end-users and partners in designing solutions including CIS PDU product
  • Define technical requirements for custom products and work closely with design engineering team to ensure custom product requests are fully defined for consideration
  • Assist end-users in deployment, installation, commissioning troubleshooting, and application challenges
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor products and complimentary market technologies to help sales, end users, and partners realize full value of CIS product solutions
  • Develop into the trusted technical advisor and go to technical resource for CIS sales staff and partner organizations

Education – Minimum Required Level:

  • Technical Degree in science or engineering field
  • 5+ years’ experience working with data center power or rack related products
  • Knowledgeable in computer networking architectures, topologies and hardware
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and influence capabilities
  • Experience with compiling technical requirements and writing technical proposal documents
  • Strong communication with good English language writing/speaking skills and ability to present to and interface with customers, partners, and technical experts
  • Willingness to travel to customers and partner sites in North America as needed (~30%)

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the mechanical design from concept to product according to customer's requirements.
  • Maintain design database during project development.
  • Follow up the sample making process to find the problem that needs to be improved.
  • Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure the correct design concept.
  • Undertake customer technical support.
  • Create BOM and PBOM.
  • Develop cost reduction design for existing products with the team.
  • Use ENC standards and production procedures to document design changes and update the drawings.
  • Provide technical support during the sample, trial run and mass production stage of the project
  • For quality issues related to design, provide RCA and implement corrective improvements.

Summary of the Job:

To design embedded firmware for data center environment and energy monitor product.

Essential Functions:

  • Design, verification, specification, and qualification of data center environment and energy monitor product firmware
  • Using firmware development and debug tools for development of products.
  • Maintain released product firmware upgrade
  • Work as part of a team.

Experience – Minimum Required:

  • 1 - 3 years working experience, 1+ years direct experience with embedded firmware design.
  • Demonstrated experience with micro-controller and micro-processor programming
  • Experience with ANSI-C and Assembly language

Knowledge and Skills – 2 - Desired but not essential :

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance.

Education – Minimum Required Level:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronics Or Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills – 1 – Required:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of embedded control middle-ware, including, Boot loader, TCP/IP Stack, embedded file system, GUI and etc.
  • Knowledge of RTOS or Embedded Linux
  • Good practice of coding compliant with MISTRA rules
  • Creative problems-solving and diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities

Summary of the Job:

The Strategic Accounts manager is responsible for promoting, selling and managing sales of the ENLOGIC brand of rack PDU’s to large strategic accounts.    The strategic accounts would include but would not be limited to:

  • Large END USERS
  • Large COLO providers
  • Large INTEGRATORS
  • Large PARTNERS

The Strategic accounts manager will report to the VP of NAM Power Sales and will be working closely with the Business & Partner Alliance manager and the US Field Application Engineer.   The Strategic accounts manager will be responsible for targeting, engaging and closing business with new prospective large accounts.  The manager will be engaged in personal targeting of named accounts and will also leverage CIS’s partner & alliance relationships to maximize the number of strategic accounts won.  The manager will be responsible for developing an “account by account” tactical engagement plan and will be working with the other CIS team members in engaging and closing new business.  Responsibilities cover from initial engagement thru post-sales support.  The manager will be responsible for enhancing & refining the strategic accounts “go to market” plan in conjunction with the VP of NAM Power Sales.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of CIS products and company capabilities, as well as strengths and weaknesses of competitor Rack PDU products in order to promote/differentiate ENLOGIC solutions to new strategic accounts.
  • Engage in a sophisticated Large account selling process.  Specifically leveraging deep opportunity profiling and engaging team selling processes with both internal and external teams.
  • Develop relationships with strategic accounts as a “trusted advisor”
  • Once engaged, develop an account strategic and tactical plan identifying key actions & milestones on the path of an account win.  (provide a narrative of the “path to close”).
  • Maintain regular contact with the CIS Business and Partner manager as a potential source for new strategic opportunities.
  • Work closely and coordinate with Field Application Engineers to provide technical input and feedback to both the client and to the organization
  • Work closely with the FAE and CIS Engineering for customization and special engineering requests
  • Oversee receipt of customer orders, their accuracy and their transmission to CIS factory customer service team
  • Liaise, maintain communications, and act as the customer advocate between CIS internal groups (sales, finance, order entry, logistics, technical resources) and CIS customers and partners to ensure smooth information updates, problem-free order processing and status updates through order fulfillment
  • Close sales and achieve sales revenue targets
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor products and complimentary market technologies to help sales, end users, and partners realize full value of CIS product solutions
  • Develop alliances on an account by account basis to enhance your ability to close large accounts
  • Develop your role as the trusted technical advisor and become the go to resource for your strategic prospects.  

Knowledge and Skills – 1 – Required:

  • 7+ years experience working with data center “infrastructure” or “white space” products
  • 10+ years experience selling to strategic data center accounts in the United States
  • Extensive general Knowledge of data center technologies
  • Extensive general Knowledge of the data center ecosystem and the major market players
  • Excellent negotiation and influence capabilities
  • Ability to work comfortably in teams
  • Strong communication with good English language writing/speaking skills and ability to present to and interface with customers, partners, and technical experts
  • Willingness to travel to customers and partner sites in North America
