Responsible for assembling and inspecting electrical components to ensure the highest quality product is built for our customers.

Essential Functions:

  • Assembles Power Distribution Units (PDU), and other electrical components to company specifications.
  • Assembles cables, harnesses, electronic and electro-mechanical test equipment to engineering specifications.
  • Replaces and removes electrical components on PDU if and when needed.
  • Troubleshoots electrical and/or system's issues to isolate failures by wiring up products and monitoring test equipment.
  • Actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives providing recommendations and implementing enhancements to current methods and procedures as needed.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met.

 

Experience – Minimum Required:

  • Familiar and comfortable with soldering, crimping and assembling cables and connectors.
  • Ability to read engineering schematic and build a circuit that matches the schematic.
  • Good coordination, motor skills and dexterity.
  • Must be able to follow both oral and written instructions when performing job duties.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.

Preferred:

  • Experience with building and troubleshooting cables and wiring harnesses.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Monitoring and managing inventories and production levels to plan for materials needed to meet internal production demand. Perform sourcing activities for the operations of all commodities including RFQ, samples and support for qualification. Maintain supplier KPIs and internal inventory levels.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing Team and select the suitable supplier for commodities.
  • Responsible for sourcing, quoting, and procurement of materials from a diverse range of industries for new builds and repairs.
  • Reviews forecasted requirements and purchases materials in accordance with that forecast.
  • Ensures materials are available to meet manufacturing build requirements.
  • Enforce purchasing methods in coordination with customer forecast and planning strategy to meet required inventory levels.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with suppliers. Maintain Supplier Rating System.
  • Negotiate quarterly and or yearly cost reduction for all active items, leading overall cost improvement.
  • Monitor supplier's delivery, quality performance and price variance. Identify and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Support quality for PPAP approval and address supplier NCRs.

Experience – Minimum Required:

  • Three to five years’ working experience in planning and purchasing or related position.

Education – Minimum Required Level:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge and Skills – 1 – Required:

Acts as the primary liaison for our North America Sales, Engineering and customers. Interface with pre-sales activities to help our sales team promote the technical capabilities of our product by providing technical introductions and demos as well as conducting customer surveys and product/solution selection assistance. Coordinates with the customer post sale to ensure customer delight in the installation and commissioning process. Assists users in planning deployment, troubleshooting problems, and identifying areas for improvement. Liaison between our Factory quality team, design engineering, and the customer to troubleshoot and resolve open issues that require escalation.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop deep technical know-how and understanding of our Power Distribution Unit (PDU) products and end user applications.
  • Maintain working technical knowledge of and capability to troubleshoot and configure our products to communications network and interconnect to Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) management tools.
  • Provide engineering, programming and commissioning support of PDU products into end user and partner proposed data center power solutions.
  • Understand and specify PDU products that meet user system requirements for power, monitoring and control.
  • Consult and recommend solutions for deployment and interconnectivity with existing user applications
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide technical training, demos, and customer surveys to guide customers/partners through the technical product selection and customer validation process.
  • Provide close support to end-users and partners in designing solutions including PDU product.

Maintenance technician will maintain, repair, install, and upgrade electrical and mechanical equipment, components, tools, and machinery. Diagnose and inspect manufacturing equipment for completeness, proper operation, mechanical and electrical safety. Perform planned maintenance inspections, calibrations, repairs of general equipment and minor repairs of complex equipment. Assist floor technicians in the troubleshooting and major repair of complex equipment.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for following and maintaining all OSHA safety standards and regulations.
