POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides support to the front office, Management Team and Human Resources. Responsible for excellent customer service when welcoming guests, answering the phone, routing callers and providing routine information to callers.

Essential Functions:


• Provides clerical and administrative support.
• Receives, sorts and distributes mail, monitors and orders office supplies.
• Arranges meetings, agenda materials, trainings and events.
• Coordinates travel and prepares expense reports.
• Supports HR processes including and not limited to maintaining job postings, applicant tracking system, compliance posters, special projects and other duties as assigned.

Experience – Minimum Required:

 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in skilled customer service and administrative support. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Windows and MS Office Suite.
• Attention to detail, organized and efficient.
• Able to work effectively with frequent interruptions and/or under pressure.
• Experience with domestic, international travel coordination and expense reports.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports manufacturing processes and equipment that test product capability and reliability and provide guidance on manufacturing issues. Performs troubleshooting and problem solving of test failures. Identifies opportunities in test processes to improve efficiency, yields, and capacity. Provide process quality and compliance support to ensure products meet ISO, Safety and Regulatory standards by coordinating with the global engineering team and certification organizations.

Essential Functions:

  • Inspect electronic systems, instruments and equipment to ensure they meet applicable regulations and safety standards.
  • Ensure test equipment and software meet the test requirements specified for the product.
  • Create testing procedures and maintenance for electronic equipment and components.
  • Maintain changes to the test equipment technical data package which includes drawings, test instructions, test position manuals, and system software.
  • Assist in diagnosis, repair and calibration of test equipment or product.
  • New project and product planning, scheduling, and implementation. Review new part drawings and processes for proper manufacturing.
  • Mitigate process issues by performing a root cause analysis. Ensure implementation of short and long-term solutions to stabilize processes.
  • Drive improvement through problem solving methodologies, such as 8Ds, Kaizen, A3, Six Sigma.
  • Monitor quality and reliability from manufacturing to drive actions that improve assembly quality and performance.
  • pFEMA, CP, Process Flow, Work Instructions development and or improvement.
  • Implement and execute PPAP Tools.
  • Provide technical training in both product and test equipment to test technicians and quality inspector personnel.

Experience – Minimum Required:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanical or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Electronic areas such as: Testing or Design Engineer.
  • Demonstrated expertise in electronic diagnostics, electronic test equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Sustain ISO 9001, Safety and Regulatory audits and certifications.
  • Experience in electronic devices such as CCA & Harnesses.
  • Working knowledge with manufacturing processes under ESD, FOD and NEC.
  • Experience setting up BOM, routers and labor cost.
  • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  

Knowledge and Skills – 2 - Desired but not essential :

Preferred:

  • Project Management Experience.
  • IPC610 or IPC/WHMA-A-620 training / certification.
  • Green or Black belt certification.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Acts as the primary liaison for our North America Sales, Engineering and customers. Interface with pre-sales activities to help our sales team promote the technical capabilities of our product by providing technical introductions and demos as well as conducting customer surveys and product/solution selection assistance. Coordinates with the customer post sale to ensure customer delight in the installation and commissioning process. Assists users in planning deployment, troubleshooting problems, and identifying areas for improvement. Liaison between our Factory quality team, design engineering, and the customer to troubleshoot and resolve open issues that require escalation.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop deep technical know-how and understanding of our Power Distribution Unit (PDU) products and end user applications.
  • Maintain working technical knowledge of and capability to troubleshoot and configure our products to communications network and interconnect to Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) management tools.
  • Provide engineering, programming and commissioning support of PDU products into end user and partner proposed data center power solutions.
  • Understand and specify PDU products that meet user system requirements for power, monitoring and control.
  • Consult and recommend solutions for deployment and interconnectivity with existing user applications
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide technical training, demos, and customer surveys to guide customers/partners through the technical product selection and customer validation process.
  • Provide close support to end-users and partners in designing solutions including PDU product.
  • Define technical requirements for custom products and work closely with design engineering team to ensure custom product requests are fully defined for consideration.
  • Assist end-users in deployment, installation, commissioning troubleshooting, and application challenges.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor products and complimentary market technologies to help sales, end users, and partners realize full value of our product solutions.

Experience – Minimum Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Degree in science or engineering field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience working with data center power or rack related products.
• Working knowledge in computer networking architectures, topologies and hardware.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with compiling technical requirements and writing technical proposal documents.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically.

Summary of the Job:

To design embedded firmware for data center environment and energy monitor product.

Essential Functions:

  • Design, verification, specification, and qualification of data center environment and energy monitor product firmware
  • Using firmware development and debug tools for development of products.
  • Maintain released product firmware upgrade
  • Work as part of a team.

Experience – Minimum Required:

  • 1 - 3 years working experience, 1+ years direct experience with embedded firmware design.
  • Demonstrated experience with micro-controller and micro-processor programming
  • Experience with ANSI-C and Assembly language

Knowledge and Skills – 2 - Desired but not essential :

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance.

Education – Minimum Required Level:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronics Or Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills – 1 – Required:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of embedded control middle-ware, including, Boot loader, TCP/IP Stack, embedded file system, GUI and etc.
  • Knowledge of RTOS or Embedded Linux
  • Good practice of coding compliant with MISTRA rules
  • Creative problems-solving and diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

Maintenance technician will maintain, repair, install, and upgrade electrical and mechanical equipment, components, tools, and machinery. Diagnose and inspect manufacturing equipment for completeness, proper operation, mechanical and electrical safety. Perform planned maintenance inspections, calibrations, repairs of general equipment and minor repairs of complex equipment. Assist floor technicians in the troubleshooting and major repair of complex equipment.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for following and maintaining all OSHA safety standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair motors, mechanical circuits, mechanical conveyor system and electrical systems.
  • Create and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
  • Routine and on-the-spot tests of all mechanical and electrical systems and circuits.
  • Develop work instructions for operations and or related personnel.
  • Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
  • Write cost estimate for maintaining, upgrading, and repairing machinery and electrical systems.
  • Record and track inventory and part usage.
  • Maintain, schedule, lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.

Experience – Minimum Required:

  • Associate degree in Energy, Automated Industrial, Aviation, Automobile or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with the following:
    • Electrical and electronic principles, National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial electronics
    • Conductive preventative maintenance
    • Read blueprints and schematics
    • Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs
  • Minimum 3 years of work order management and automated conveyors and controls
  • Experience managing and following Log out tag out (LOTO).

 

Knowledge and Skills – 1 – Required:

  • Experience with electrical raw material certifications like wires, power cords, etc.
  • Working knowledge of electrical drawings which include sub parts and special instructions.
  • Basic MS Excel skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the mechanical design from concept to product according to customer's requirements.
  • Maintain design database during project development.
  • Follow up the sample making process to find the problem that needs to be improved.
  • Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure the correct design concept.
  • Undertake customer technical support.
  • Create BOM and PBOM.
  • Develop cost reduction design for existing products with the team.
  • Use ENC standards and production procedures to document design changes and update the drawings.
  • Provide technical support during the sample, trial run and mass production stage of the project
  • For quality issues related to design, provide RCA and implement corrective improvements.
